EziamTech provides marketing, content and enquiry follow-up services to established hair transplant clinics in India. We are a marketing service provider only. We do not provide hair transplant treatment, medical advice or diagnosis. If you are looking for treatment, please contact a hair transplant clinic directly.
2. Who may use our services
Our services are intended for clinic owners and authorised clinic representatives who are at least 18 years old. You confirm that the information you give us is accurate.
3. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee results. All outcomes, including the number of enquiries, consultations or patients, depend on client implementation and other factors such as location, pricing, reputation and market conditions. Any figures or examples shown on our website are illustrative.
4. Fees and cancellation
Fees, setup charges and monthly maintenance are agreed in writing before work begins. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, there is no long-term contract and you may cancel monthly maintenance at any time.
5. Your responsibilities
- Follow all laws and rules that apply to your clinic, including medical advertising rules and patient privacy laws.
- Do not send us patient or medical information unless we have agreed a secure process in writing.
- Make sure you have the right to use any content, images or materials you give us.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, design and logos, belongs to EziamTech or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
7. Third-party services
Our website and services use third-party tools such as systeme.io, YouTube and NeetoCal. We are not responsible for their availability or practices.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EziamTech is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of business arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Morinda, PUNJAB, India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
